Thanks for posting the video of the evening with Sandor Katz! It was fun to touch base with other fermenters and organizations promoting fermentation in our local area. Special thanks to IthaCanner Nancy Norton for bringing her fermentation samples...yummy & beautiful. Looking forward to Sandor's forthcoming book.
