IthaCan's Mason on Canning Across America

Mason's gone national! Well...at least he's getting his 15 minutes of fame on a national forum: Canning Across America (CAA). And word has it that Mason's thrilled to be part of the larger canning community.

Canning Across America "is a nationwide, ad hoc collective of cooks, gardeners and food lovers committed to the revival of the lost art of “putting up” food. Our goal is to promote safe food preservation and the joys of community building through food."

Check out the CAA site, if you have the chance. They have a great resource list, including music to jam by that goes waaaay beyond the "Can-Can." Bob Marley's "Jammin'" anyone? And you might even want to join one of their nationwide canning events, like the Tigress Can Jam.
