Visit to Finger Lakes Distillery

The IthaCan group had a great time touring and tasting. The production set-up at the distillery is simple, elegant, and very functional. These guys are making a lot of excellent liquor! If you go out to taste, you can catch glimpses of the fermenting vats and the still through windows in the tasting room. Or if you can catch Brian in an off-moment -- he doesn't have many -- he might take you downstairs.…
