Hot pepper jam and hot peppers to trade

Hi- I am trying to decide if I should leave the seeds in my hot pepper jam. I have about a bushel of Matchbox peppers. They are pretty small to pick the seeds out of , though it could be done. I made one batch with seeds, it tasted good and the seeds looked kind of cool suspended in there. Any opinions?     Also, I would be happy to trade winter squash for some of these peppers, I could never use all of them. They are perhaps slightly hotter than cayenne, or about the same.See More

What type of food preserving do you want to do with others?
Brewing, Canning, Cellaring, Drying, Freezing
What do you hope to achieve by joining IthaCan?
I am interested in improving our canning and gardening efforts. I also collect antique canning jars and love to talk about that . We have a home orchard.
Do you have any expertise or resources that you can offer to the IthaCan community?
We grow small fruits- gooseberries and currants. I have been growing my orchard organically for 14 years but am still learning. I have had a garden for 25 years.
