- I want to learn various food preservation techniques so that I can put up the food I grow for future use.
- Do you have any expertise or resources that you can offer to the IthaCan community?
- I grew up in a canning family, and though I'm fairly "rusty" I know about many food preservation techniques from prior experience. I am now preparing to be come a master home preserver via the CCE program.
