What do you hope to achieve by joining IthaCan?
My husband and I own and operate a small organic farm in Dryden. It is our goal to offer classes for our CSA members. I'd like to learn more and be around more food preservation projects before offering our own workshops independently or through IthaCan. Please contact us. Thanks!
