"Not a meal, but...Chicken stock frozen in small containers or made into ice cubes, then stored in a freezer baggie.  Just too hot in the summer to make stock.  And I use it so many ways throughout the year. "

"I would greatly appreciate knowing what you do with buckwheat sprouts.  I bought a sprout seed sample and buckwheat is one of them.  The brown seeds are what was sent.  I haven't a clue what to do with them once sprouted. "

"I emailed the company that sold me the tower containers. They said the towers can remain outdoors during a freezing winter. They should not crack. I still need advice on the plants themselves."
