I had stored 15 gallons worth of whole tomatoes in the freezer but had to move. So I am now canning the frozen tomatoes and have them down to boiling to thicken up a bit. But I must have burnt them because just tasting an ENTIRE canning pot full of them, and they taste BURNT. Is there ANYTHING I can make to cover up the burnt taste and can them? BBQ sauce, Ketchup?
