"What do you mean by boil out?  I think I have the same canner.  Is it regulated by weights on the exhaust?  When I use mine, there is a bit of water that seeps out around the pressure lock, as well as condensation from the venting…"

Free tomatoes! Come join the first ever IthaCan Team Tomato event. We have a generous 10 bushel donation of conventionally grown tomatoes from Cornell and need to get them in jars and/or freezer containers.We'll can some and send some home for you to process on your own: can or freeze.
