Do you have any expertise or resources that you can offer to the IthaCan community?
I have been a home brewer for 10 years and also make wine, mead and hard cider. Additionally, I've begun making soft cheese at home. I have also experimented in home made Kim Chi, Frozen yogurts and sorbets, and just about anything else I can think of making!
