Liz,
I use the big Excalibur, 9 shelves about 15X15; temperature control; v. easy to clean. There's also a 5 shelf model.
Also use my oven; older gas ovens can be set to good drying temp; pilot light only works for many foods.
A drier that wd double for solar use is my dream too!
