winter rye seed

Does anyone know where I can get some? Agway wont have it until Thursday and I would like to find about 4 or 5 lbs not too far out of Ithaca.

Probably too late to help, but Ward and Van Scoy in Owego (and Berkshire) is a great place for forage and cover crop seed.

thanks, thats good to know. I ended up at AGway that week, and what I planted has had plenty of time to sprout right up with all this warm weather. I wish I had time to have planted the whole garden with it, instead of just some rows.
