I'm working on a Scheduled Process for pickles as part of 20-C certification and eventually one needs to have, or have access to, a pH meter. Does anyone in this group have one, or are there other Home Processors who might like to think about cooperatively owning one? --Marjorie
Have tried the Food Venture Center in Geneva or CCE of Tompkins County? Perhaps they have a loaner program?
Good suggestions. CCE does not have a loaner program. But I've been in touch with Geneva and think I'll just drive up there and check them out soon. --Marjorie
