CCE course last week?

I'm not a master food-preserver (in fact, I'm a novice) -- but I was hoping that someone here could email me about the CCE course last week? I've started a local food blog, and --although it's in its very early stages and I'm not publicizing it much yet-- I'd like to start including news on what's happening food-wise around the region. Posting something about what happened at the master food preserver course for others to read would be wonderful. Also, if you have any other local food news or info you think I should post, please let me know.

Hi Alison,

Seph Doliner, Roxy Johnston, Jeff Gilmore Kathy Halton, Tom Shelley and myself are all IthaCaners who attended the Master Food Preserver training last week. I can't speak for the whole group, but it seemed that everyone got a lot out of the experience. The Cooperative Extension expert teachers were informative and interesting and the local CCE staff made us feel at home and offered a lot of supporting material as well.

Would love to hear from some of the rest of the gang...
