quart jars from Walmart

Hi,  I have run out of quart jars for canning, and last night I went to Walmart to buy some more.  They were out of Mason or Ball jars, but they did have another brand, that I had never heard of.  It was something like Mainstay, I think, and I think that it might have been a Walmart brand.  It said on the package that they are specifically  made for canning.  I did not buy them, because I use my jars over and over again, and I was not sure if they would last as long as the Ball or Mason jars.  Has anyone ever used these Walmart brand canning jars, and do you think they are as good as the others.  They looked about the same, although the shape was slightly different.  The price was good.

Sorry, Linda, have never used them. If you want Ball jars, Agway carries them year-round.
