Have you been longing for a 100% reusable canning
experience? That's BPA-free too? Now's your chance! Join me to make some peach and blackberry jam using 2 different 100% reusable jar options. We'll make one batch using mason jars with Tatller lids and the other with Weck glass jars & lids.
As always we'll split the cost of ingredients and supplies, somewhere around $10each. You'll bring home a sample of each type of canning jar & lid system.
If you want to stay & chat over lunch, let's do it! Suggestions/offerings for a simple lunch are welcome.

Comment by Katie Quinn-Jacobs on April 27, 2011 at 5:39am Hi Sam,
Will let you know if we can expand the class, repeat it or if someone drops out. As for where to find the reusable canning supplies, we just started selling them at Ludgate Farm & Mkt on Hanshaw Rd or you can purchase them from the web.
Best,
KateI know 8 people have already signed up, but my partner and I would love love love to come to this.
If you can't accommodate more I hope you can do this again soon, or send out a resource sheet letting us know where we can get reusable lids and any special considerations
Thanks,
Sam
