Event Description
Come learn to make hard cheese! We built our own press and have been making cheese for a couple of months. We look forward to showing others how to do it, too!
We built our press for about $35! (Could have been cheaper if not stainless...)

We may be a bit late as well, our kids have 4H Demonstration Day in the morning, and it ends at noon.

Hi! Looking forward to the event this weekend. One question: is it okay to show up 30-45 minutes late? We want to check out the CSA fair at Boynton and that starts at noon--so trying to fit everything in to a food-full Saturday! Thanks.
