Event Description

Come participate in and observe a hard cheesemaking workshop! You'll learn the techniques, tips, and procedures to make your own hard cheese at home.
We'll start with fresh milk and end with a Farmhouse Cheddar cheese wheel.
There will be a potluck lunch, so please bring a dish to pass if you wish :)

I would really have like to come, since I just started to make my own hard cheese (farmhouse cheddar) but I work at the farmers market Saturdays! Any luck you would repeat the workshop any other day of the week?

Actually Amanda will attend! We made one successful cheddar last year and want to learn more so we can do it again (on purpose!)
